[BGPVPN] Remove odl-vpnservice test cases
The odl-vpnservice test cases are meant to be
tested in the mini-net setup. We would need to
change our enviroment under test to include
mini-net to be able to run this tests.
Since this is not wanted we remove the test
cases.
