delete extra slash while execute cases test in exec_test.sh
There are two slashes appeared in the path when we execute case test:
/home/opnfv/functest/conf//openstack.creds
/home/opnfv/repos/functest//testcases/OpenStack/vPing/vPing_userdata.py
