Committer promotion: Serena Feng
Serena has joined the project for Colorado
She managed 22% of the open JIRAs (Ast rank in Functest)
She fully managed the refactoring of the testapi used by most of the projects
She also was key for the integration of several feature projects
She replaced the PTL during Summer
