Fix path for Tacker installation
After the migration of the SFC code into the SFC repo,
there is a problem with the path when building
the docker image
Step 60 : RUN /bin/bash -c ". /home/opnfv/repos/functest/functest/opnfv_tests/features/sfc/tacker_client_install.sh"
