Remove residual Lab & configuration DEA and DHA from the unprotected Fuel repo
This needs testing!!!! On a follow-up release, this also needs rebasement, the libvirt templates are still in here - they shouldnt, sinse we dont want Lab specific configs in the Fuel repo.
