	Adds os-stor4nfv role for OpenStack deploy which installs OpenSDS and Cindercompatibleapi. Disables Cinder service and configures cindercompatibleapi to work with 'lvm' backend. Adds os-nosdn-stor4nfv-ha scenario file. Adds os-nosdn-stor4nfv-noha scenario file.
