Fix Ceilometer profiles
* Configure ceilometer to default mongodb backend.
* remove useless sync_db parameter in pacemaker class.
* Remove duplicated resource for ceilometer central agent service with
pcmk.
* Remove pacemaker delay resource dependency, the resource does not
exist anymore.
