Create Section 6 in rst format
Add line breaks and remove trailing white space
Remove some more spaces
Remove comments from etherpad
Fix table and create a reference to the ETSI NFV-REL document
Clarifications in section 6.1.2.1 and some formatting change
Fix table and references and modify requirements in 6.1.1.
