	JIRA: AUTO-29 Re-used and synthetized existing content from wiki (project proposal), and email discussion about Auto status. Added some content about work in progress. Listed JIRA tickets with Done status for the Feature additions section. Removed per-UC files, replaced by single file for whole Auto project. Removed all trailing spaces.
