cleanup: Let SSH_KEY propagate, drop build script
Now that releng SSH_KEY and Fuel's SSH_KEY vars are aligned, let
Jenkins parameter propagate to <ci/deploy.sh>.
While touching CI scripts, drop obsolete <ci/build.sh>.
