docs/install-instr: AArch64 FW, plugins refresh.brahmaputra.3.0
- edit image with unexisting plugins on AArch64;
- change "BIOS" references to "UEFI" and add note(s) about
required firmware support;
- add warning about bootstrap image build fuelmenu config;
