Updated armband
Project: vswitchperf 896f0fe61346916a560c01c0eae638894d653d7e
Hugepages: on the fly allocation.
If no hugepages are available, try to allocate HUGEPAGE_RAM_ALLOCATION
amount of RAM for hugepages.
