patches, docs: Remove MySQL WSREP SST provider

xtrabackup issues have been fixed with the latest version of
percona-xtrabackup DEBs we added to linux.enea.com, so remove
MySQL WSREP SST provider patches and corresponding docs.

Closes-bug: ARMBAND-52
