We currently default that instances should be pinned to the first CPU of the nova-compute host. We want to remove this default, and have the default as all CPUs. 2048 is the acceptable value where default Virtual deployments will still work. A user can then modify deploy_settings in order to increase number of huge pages to something other than the default.
