Update ODL Puppet mod clone to use OPNFV branch
Updates the clone of puppet-opendaylight to use a new integration branch
for OPNFV vs a tag directly.
This will allow updates to puppet-opendaylight for new Be ERP RPMs
without requiring a bump-tag commit to OPNFV for each.
