Recently the 'host' parameter was added to the neutron manifest. So we
no longer need to manually add it to the configuration.

Puppet-nova recently changed the default neutron auth setting
in I3416ae594e972e40ff0336779258a887987e46b1 to 'password'.
This single setting seems to break the tripleo upgrades job.
Setting it here manually for now and following up in puppet-nova.

Currently the vnc server on the compute nodes binds on 0.0.0.0.
which only works with IPv4 addresses, it breaks connectivity with
IPv6 addressing.
This fixes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1300678.

Currently since nova compute is not configured to
send notifications to ceilometer, tempest tests
fail on tempest.api.telemetry.test_telemetry_notification_api.

Previously we enforced the Ceph user used by the OpenStack clients
to be named 'openstack', this change allows for customization
of such a name.

This is useful in those scenarios were we want to use an external
Ceph deployment with multiple overclouds.

To let ceilometer access to keystone endpoints, use internalURL instead of
publicURL for security & performances reasons.

In nova.conf, set cinder/catalog_info to 'volumev2:cinderv2:internalURL'
instead of 'volumev2:cinderv2:publicURL'.
So Nova will use internal Cinder endpoint to reach volume API by
using internal network.

This is unused on compute nodes and does not need to be specified.
Further, nova::api is not even included in the compute puppet manifest,
so it had no effect anyway.

We were calling nova_config resource to define it
but as of Ic060fc18c8f5d7dc8fcf1d7bd921623dc505a515
its now included as part of the nova::api class.

The dafault in nova.conf for default_floating_pool is set to nova
which is confusing given to make Tempest tests to pass one has to
create a public network with such a name.

By default Nova will get the publicURL instead, which is not
reachable by the compute nodes.

Allows inclusion of additional arbitrary puppet classes by the
manifests if defined in the *_classes hieradata.
Example: to specify the Nova RAM allocation ratio there is a
param in nova::scheduler::filter but we do not include it
by default; if needed one can use:
nova::scheduler::filter::ram_allocation_ratio: 1.8
controller_classes:
- nova::scheduler::filter

This commit aims to add support for Ceph as a cinder and a nova backend.
* Allows creation of Ceph pools from heat (Default: volumes, vms)
* Creates the proper ceph user and inject the keys
* Applies the proper configuration in cinder.conf and nova.conf
* Enable the backend out of the box

We're already configuring Neutron in Overcloud, but the controller
is still configured to use the default Nova neutron_api_class for
default configuration for networking, which means it used Nova Network
and not Neutron. This causes some of the Nova API is_neutron
checks to behave incorrectly.
This patch updates the controller to use nova::network::neutron (like
we already do on the overcloud_compute.pp role). As part of the change
several of the compute specific hiera settings for the
nova::network::neutron class have been moved to common.yaml.

This patch provides an alternate implementation of
the OS::TripleO::Compute::SoftwareConfig which uses Puppet
to drive the configuration. Using this it is possible
to create a fully functional overcloud compute instance
which has the compute node configured via Puppet
stackforge modules. This includes all the Nova, Neutron,
and Ceilometer configuration required to make things work.
In order to test this you'll want to build your images
with these elements:
os-net-config
heat-config-puppet
puppet-modules
hiera
None of the OpenStack specific TripleO elements
should be used with this approach (the nova/neutron/ceilometer
elements were NOT used to build the compute image).
Also, rather than use neutron-openvswitch-agent to configure
low level networking it is recommended that os-net-config
by configured directly via heat modeling rather than
parameter passing to init-neutron-ovs. This allows us to
configure the physical network while avoiding the coupling to
the neutron-openvswitch-element that our standard
parameter driven networking currently uses. (We still need
to move init-neutron-ovs so that it isn't coupled and/or deprecate
its use entirely because the heat drive stuff is more flexible.)
Packages may optionally be pre-installed via DIB using the
-p option (-p openstack-neutron,openstack-nova).
