Return OpenStackVolume and OpenStackVolumeType instances from heat.
Added a methods to OpenStackHeatStack to return any OpenStackVolume and OpenStackVolumeType objects it was responsible for spawning. Changes include all of the necessary changes to the heat and settings utilities and associated tests.
