Assigning IXIA ports one by one takes more time than
assign all ports by once. Also, assigning ports in
one call resolves the assign port issues caused on
some IXIA chassis versions.

IXIA API sets the src/dst mac of the traffic always into
default value. The `srcmac`/`dstmac` is never set in `traffic_param`
map [1]. Instead the src/dst mac is stored in traffic_param[`outer_l2`].

New IxNextgen API allows to perform the following configurations on IxNetwork:
- add topology
- add device group to topology
- add ethernet protocol layer to device group
- add ipv4 protocol layer to device group
- add pppox protocol layer to device group

Implemented logic for parsing and applying QinQ in IXIA traffic profile.
For QinQ configuration add QinQ section to outerl2 section.
For example:
...
outerl2:
QinQ:
S-VLAN:
id: 128
priority: 0
cfi: 0
C-VLAN:
id: 512
priority: 0
cfi: 0
...

- Implemented handling of UDP source and destination ports from
IXIA traffic profile.
- UDP ports can be defined as a single value or as a random range.
Ports range is configured with two parameters 'fixed_bits' and
'mask_bits'.
- For example '8-48' range definition will create a repeatable
pattern of four values that fall within the range of 8 and 56.

When updating the IP packet in IxNextgen library, the IPv4 mask should
be defined in the following format: x.x.x.x
This mask defines the number of lower bits used to generate a random IP.
For example:
- mask length: 16
- mask string: 0.0.255.255

Assign the IP mask to IxNetwork configuration, depending on the IP range
provided by the user in the traffic profile. In case of single IP, a
default mask will be provided:
- IP_VERSION_4_MASK = 24
- IP_VERSION_6_MASK = 64

IxNet library is not setting correctly the IMIX definition per traffic
item. The correct input for "weightedRangePairs" parameter is:
[[64, 64, 10], [128, 128, 15], [512, 512, 5]]

This patch implements an active wait for the traffic injection. Once the
traffic is started, the traffic generator class will poll periodically the
IXIA traffic generator chassis to retrieve the status of the traffic
("started", "stopped").
Now the latency statistics are retrieved and reported for each injection
period.

before the injection.
"IxNextgen.update_frame" modifies the L2 frame according to the
test case and setup the frame rate, frame size, traffic injection
duration and MAC addresses.
