Subject: Update git submodules

* Update docs/submodules/yardstick from branch 'master'
  - Merge "remove releng from Dockerfile and elsewhere"
  - remove releng from Dockerfile and elsewhere

    Current CI does openrc fetching before starting
    the Docker container and then passes openrc
    via Docker mount
