Following items needs to be done to achieve an OPNFV/BGS R1 Stack:
1) Rebase to Fuel 6.0/6.1 - DONE
2) Add support for CentOS 6.5 - REMAINING
3) Add build-support and manifests for Open daylight Ubuntu and CentOS
   - Initial build and deployment of ODL/Helium - DONE
   - Configuration and plumbing - IN PROGRESS
