Subject: KVMFORNFV: Implementing kvmfornfv Scenarios.
This patch contains implementation of kvmfornfv
os-nosdn-kvm_ovs_dpdk-ha and os-nosdn-kvm_ovs_dpdk-noha scenarios by
enabling DPDK.
