Add plugin for Stor4nfv for k8s deploy

- Adds 'stor4nfv' plugin which installs OpenSDS using stor4nfv.
- Adds k8s-nosdn-stor4nfv-ha scenario file.
- Adds k8s-nosdn-stor4nfv-noha scenario file.
